Why the answer is (a)

• The percentage of water in the mixture is $\frac{W}{H + W} \times 100 = \frac{0.20 H}{1.20 H} \times 100 = \frac{1}{6} \times 100 \approx 16.67\%$. Wait, let me re-read the question carefully. 'What percent of water must be mixed with honey'. This usually implies the ratio of water to honey or water to total mixture? In UPSC CSAT, 'percent of water mixed with honey' often refers to the proportion of water in the final mixture or the amount added relative to the honey. Let's check the options. 20, 10, 5, 4.
