Why the answer is (c)

• Dampa Tiger Reserve lies in Mamit district of Mizoram on the Bangladesh border (pair 1 correct).

• Saramati (3,826 m), the highest peak of Nagaland, straddles the Nagaland–Myanmar border (pair 3 correct).

• Gumti Wildlife Sanctuary is in Tripura, around the Gumti reservoir, not Sikkim (pair 2 wrong).

• Hence 1 and 3 only, option (c).

Why the other options are wrong

(a) 1 only
Saramati–Nagaland is also correct.
(b) 2 and 3 only
Pair 2 is wrong: Gumti is in Tripura.
(d) 1, 2 and 3
Pair 2 is wrong.
