  2. (b) 1 and 2 ✓ UPSC's answer
  3. (c) 3 only
  4. (d) 2 and 3

Why the answer is (b)

• Pair 1 is correct: Chapchar Kut is Mizoram's spring festival celebrated in March after jhum clearing, with the Cheraw bamboo dance.

• Pair 2 is correct: Khongjom Parba is a Manipuri ballad tradition sung with the dhol, narrating the 1891 Anglo-Manipur war's Battle of Khongjom.

Pair 2 (Khongjom Parba–Manipur) is also correct.
(c) 3 only
Pair 3 is wrong: Thang-Ta belongs to Manipur.
