Why the answer is (d)

• Statement 2 is wrong: APMCHUD is a biennial conference hosted by rotating member countries (Iran 2008, Indonesia 2010, Jordan 2012, Korea 2014, India 2016), in partnership with UN-Habitat, not annual and not always in India with ADB/APEC/ASEAN.
