  1. (a) World Economic Forum ✓ UPSC's answer
  2. (b) UN Human Rights Council
  3. (c) UN Women
  4. (d) World Health Organization

Why the answer is (a)

• The Global Gender Gap Index has been published annually since 2006 by the World Economic Forum, ranking countries on economic participation, educational attainment, health and survival, and political empowerment — option (a).

• India has ranked around 100–140 of about 146 countries in recent editions.

• The UN Human Rights Council (b), UN Women (c) and WHO (d) publish other reports (UNDP publishes the Gender Inequality Index).
