Why the answer is (b)

• The Preamble secures to all citizens 'LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship'.

• Liberty of thought (a), expression (c) and belief (d) are thus expressly embodied.

• Economic liberty (b) is not mentioned in the Preamble; economic justice is (under 'JUSTICE, social, economic and political'), but that is a different concept.

• Hence option (b).
